Lahore, Pakistan News :- At the time when all is not well with the PCB, federal Sports Minister has asked Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani to submit a report on the national cricketers debacle in Australia.
Pakistan lost both the test and one-day series in a rather spineless show of performance.
The minister was also critical of the PCB’s internal affairs. His demand came at a time when reports are doing the rounds of drastic changes in the board. The Federal Sports Minister said he has asked the PCB for an inquiry report on the “shameful” performance of the team in Australia.
He said that he would be asking the President Asif Ali Zardari, who is chief patron of the board for wide range changes in the cricket set up.
“The team’s performance was shameful and disappointing for everyone. We have already told the PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt to send us an inquiry report on the team’s performance in Australia,” he said.
