Sarah Rogers Missing, Police hope the public can help provide information on the whereabouts of a local woman who has been missing since Dec. 13.

Sarah Rogers, 29, was last seen in town on Dec. 13, according to police officer Toby Perry.

Her family contacted police on that date and expressed concerns about her whereabouts. There is no indication she is in any immediate danger, but Perry said police hope the public can assist in making sure Rogers is OK.

“We have no idea where she is,” Perry said. He said police have followed some leads and her vehicle was found in Clinton, Maine, near Waterville. Her car had gone off the road on Interstate 95 and Perry said there were tire tracks at the scene indicating she may have gotten into another vehicle that headed south on I-95.

He stressed that, as a 29-year-old, Rogers has no obligation to keep her family abreast of her whereabouts. Family and police simply want to make sure she is safe, he said, adding Rogers is welcome to call police herself to confirm her condition.

Perry could not say what the circumstances were leading up to her disappearance.

Rogers is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 110 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes.

The Dubai police chief said on Thursday he wants Mossad chief Meir Dagan to be arrested if the agency is behind last month’s killing of Mahmud al-Mabhuh, a top commander of the Islamist Hamas movement that rules Gaza.

“The threats against Meir Dagan are absurd,” the Israeli official said.

“The accusations are baseless. Police have not explained the circumstances of his death, or even any proof that he’s been assassinated. All there is are videos of people talking on the telephone,” he said.

Northwest Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, and Salem counties began experiencing snowfalls early this morning. By dawn Sunday, snow accumulation could approach the century-old record of 21 inches that fell on December 27, 1909, according to the National Weather Service.The agency said 1 to 3 inches was already on the ground in some southern areas. By the storm passes, the storm is likely to make the list of all-time top 10 snowstorms on record, they reported.
