The Bachelor After The Final Rose 2010, Do you feel bad for me that I have to sit and watch three un-DVRed hours of The Bachelor? I feel bad for me. At least there’s that last Dancing With the Stars cast reveal to look forward to. Will it be Paula Abdul? Please let it be Paula Abdul.
10:01 Tenley comes out first, and Chris Harrison pounds home the fact that she lost, trying to get some tears.
10:11 “It sounds like you have a lot of…issues,” Chris tells Tenley. Lots of unanswered questions that we’ll get to aaaafter the break.
10:15 WHAT. Jake is the last Dancing With the Stars contestant. What a kick to the proverbial balls, ABC.
10:17 Jake comes out and hugs Tenley. She says he smells “so good” and touches him weirdly in the way that she does. She asks if he’s happy. “I am,” he says. She asks what was missing between them. He says he still can’t really say it in words. She asks what he meant by the missing “physical connection.” Um, isn’t that self-explanatory? Then she asks if he thinks it was unfair for him to propose to Vienna if he really did feel strongly towards her as well? He tries to be nice and say that it was hard, but he felt confident with his decision. Tenley, sweetie, he could very easily say, “Listen trick, I’m just not that into you” but he’s trying to be nice. Let it go.
10:27 With Tenley shuffled off the stage, Jake calls Vienna his “baby,” then talks about the “heat” of their relationship. Ew. More recaps of recaps of recaps of Jake’s feelings. Chris mentions Jake’s “Mesnick,” aka grabbing a railing and crying for dear life.
10:31 Oh hey, the big Bachelorette reveal is coming up. That’ll get me through this slog. It’s the little things.
10:37 Vienna comes out to join Jake on stage, in the happy couple’s first public appearance together. They talk about how hard it’s been to keep their relationship a secret. I’m not sure people on the Bachelor fully understand the definition of the word “hard.”

Kanye West Coldest Winter Video, Kanye West continues to release videos for 2008’s 808s & Heartbreak album as the rapper is set to debut the latest, “Coldest Winter,” this week.
The clip was helmed by frequent collaborator Nabil Elderkin who also directed West’s “Paranoid” (featuring a cameo by Rihanna) and “Welcome to Heartbreak.”
Elderkin said for “Coldest Winter,” one of the most personal records on the emotional project, based on West’s past relationship with his former fiance and the lost of his mother, the video isn’t as intense as their previous work together.
“It’s pretty minimalistic,” he said. “It’s slow and very visual. I just wanted to catch the vibe of the song and not get too literal. Because the lyrics are very close to Kanye and go much deeper than the video goes, obviously hearing the song you know it’s very emotional.”
In the track, West, replete with an ominous AutoTune-tinged quality to his voice, express his dismay over a lost loved one.
“Goodbye my friend, will I ever love again?” he croons repeatedly throughout the track.
The director wrote the treatment for the project and described the final product as a boundary-pushing effort compared to their past work. According to Elderkin, the pair experimented in the visual medium in a way they haven’t ever done before. He said the process was more challenging for him, particularly since West wasn’t a part of the editing process and only saw the final version.
The MC, however, approved the finished product. The final version even includes a revamped version of the track, according to Elderkin.
“This is definitely more of a haunting one,” he said of the number. ” ‘Cause this is sort of a remix. I don’t think anyone has heard this version of the song. He did some really amazing sound work to this one. This one he got into his production a little bit more.”

Jessica Dube Accident, Just moments after Canadians Jessica Dube and Bryce Davison began their pairs figure skating short program Sunday night, Dube fell to the ice while attempting a triple Salchow. She’d stumbled while performing the same move last month at the Canadian figure skating championships, then again days before during training.
In a field of performances as phenomenal as those on show in Pacific Coliseum—Shen Xue and Zhao Hongbo set a new world record, while Germans Aliona Savchenko and Robin Szolkowy were hot on their heels—the margin for error was already thinner than the sharpest blade. And so Dube’s tumble left them way down in sixth place going into Monday night’s free skating program.
“When I was in the air I thought I was going to land it,” she said. “I was a bit surprised. I just tried to put it behind me and move on.”
Which is exactly what Davison says the duo plan to do tomorrow.
“We have to go out and skate our long program, not so much for the judges as for ourselves and the crowd. Judges are people too. If the crowd likes it, I’m sure the judges will too.”
Tonight at least, the crowd was clearly taken by the surprise performance of the other Canadians on the ice, Cody Hay and Anabelle Langlois. Theirs wasn’t the most challenging program of the night, but it was flawless and landed them in seventh place.
The more-than-respectable showing was all the more impressive given what Langlois has had to overcome. She’d been forced to take last season off after breaking her ankle, but as the pair of skaters stepped onto the ice the crowd erupted. Langlois admitted she had to fight back tears of joy at the reception they received. “I’m not wearing waterproof mascara so that would have been a mess,” she said. But once the music started, everything snapped into place.
“The moment before the music starts playing is the most nerve wracking, when everything just goes through your head, good thoughts and bad thoughts,” she said. “When the music starts, it’s what you’re trained to do, that’s when all the thoughts go away and the composure comes.”

Jamie Mcmurray, The Daytona 500 2010 winner is Jamie McMurray. It was a bizarre race as Jamie McMurray won NASCAR’s biggest race this year on Daytona 500 2010. This is the second win for McMurray for the Daytona 500 race and the fourth for his Sprint Cup Series career. Jamie McMurray is the ninth Different winner for all the 9 Daytona 500s and the 34th driver overall.
NASCAR needed two stoppages of well over two hours total to patch a pesky pothole between turns 1 and 2 of Daytona International Speedway. The setback brought the biggest race of the season to a frustrating halt and had NASCAR executives fretting over the potential fallout.
It was really amazing how he still got to win after great deals of lengthy delays during potholes on track, even surviving a crash-filled affair and even got to held off a hard charging Dale Earnhardt Jr. on the final lap. A lot of people are wondering how it happened, as it was clear that Jamie McMurray was the least thought of as the winner in the Daytona 500 race for the year 2010. More details after the jump.
Here is a small narration on the race a couple minutes before the win. Kevin Harvick got the lead for the second and the final restart, but McMurray came in through past Harvick taking the lead on the second to the final lap. Earnhardt Jr. went through from 10th to second during the two lap shout out.

PERTH: Pakistan T20 skipper Shahid Afridi is set to miss the only Twenty20 clash with Australia after he was banned for two Twenty20 matches on Sunday.
The International Cricket Council found Afridi guilty of tampering the bill during the final one-day international against Australia.
Afridi admitted the charge, after which the match referee put a two Twenty20 matches ban on him.
Coach Inftikhab Alam described the ban as ‘unfortunate’.
It may be reminded here that Shahid Afridi was seen tampering the ball with his teeth during the final ODI match.
Australia 213/8 (49.2 ov)
Pakistan 212 (49.3 ov)
Australia won by 2 wickets (with 4 balls remaining)
Australia dominated the entire tournament. Pakistan was white washed 5-0 in the One Day series as well. Earlier in the month Australia defeated the Pakistani team 3-0 in the test series. The current tour to Australia is one of worst tour in the history of Pakistani cricket these memory would hurt the Pakistani cricket for long times ahead.
In the fifth and the final One Day the Pakistani side did fought well but in the end MR Cricket MEK Hussey(40*) kept his calm and steered his side home. Important batting contributions by Umar Akmal(67) and Fawad Alam(63) were just not enough to save the Pakistani side.
A 20-20 match would be played on the February 5.
