Raja Chaudhary Shradha Sharma

Raja Chaudhary Shradha Sharma, the handsome actor of Bhojpuri films who became household name  in the country after his fracas with item girl Sambhavana Seth in season 2 of ‘Bigg Boss’, was caught on camera flirting with two girls leading to split from his girlfriend Shraddha Sharma.01ac1ffee6sharma Raja Chaudhary Shradha Sharma

Raja Chaudhary and Shraddha Sharma were in a live- in relationship for almost one year and expected to get engaged very soon, probably by the end of March. However, after watching the footage of reality show ‘Emotional Atyachar’, Shraddha has changed her mind and is trying to absorb herself in Southern movies, wherein she is a big star(‘Jeeva’ just released & ‘Jaye Ho’ being shot presently).

Sources say that Raja Chaudhary, after knowing the fact that Shradda had seen all that flirting, tried to contact her but the lady was furious and in no mood to compromise on the issue. Earlier, Raja Chaudhary had been dumped by his television actress wife Shweta Tiwari(Prerna of Balaji telefilm’s ‘Kasauti Zindagi Kay’) due to his alcoholic and violent nature. Raja Chaudhary has a daughter from his earlier marriage.

Sources close to Shraddha Sharma say that the item girl was head over heels in love with Raja Chaudhary and had not paid any attention to the talk of Raja’s bad nature coming from her own friends and well wishers. But now after finding it live on television, everything has changed and she does not want to have anything with Raja.

Earthquake in Delhi

Latest news update Earthquake Delhi Megacities: Earthquake Delhi are somethin810e3b2c17delhi Earthquake in Delhig new on the planet. Earthquakes are something very old. The two are a lethal combination, as seen in the recent tragedy in Port-au-Prince, where more than 200,000 people perished — a catastrophe that scientists say is certain to be repeated somewhere, and probably soon, with death tolls that once again stagger the mind.

In 1800, there was just one city with more than a million people — Beijing. Now there are 381 urban areas with at least 1 million inhabitants. Urbanization crossed a threshold last year when, for the first time, more people lived in city settings than rural ones. About 403 million people live in cities that face significant seismic hazard, according to a recent study by seismologist Roger Bilham of the University of Colorado.

The next Big One could strike Tokyo, Istanbul, Tehran, Mexico City, New Delhi, Kathmandu or the two metropolises near California’s San Andreas Fault, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Or it could devastate Dhaka, Jakarta, Karachi, Manila, Cairo, Osaka, Lima or Bogota. The list goes on and on.

“You can name about 25 cities that are like Port-au-Prince. They’re not going to shake but every 250 years [on average]. But if you can name 25 of them, you’re going to have an event like this every 10 years,” said David Wald, a seismologist with the U.S. Geological Survey.

In many vulnerable cities, people are effectively stacked on top of one another in buildings designed as if earthquakes don’t happen. It is not the tremor that kills people in an earthquake but the buildings, routinely constructed on the cheap, using faulty designs and, in some cities, overseen by corrupt inspectors. The difference between life and death is often a matter of how much sand went into the cement or how much steel into a supporting column. Earthquakes might be viewed as acts of God, but their lethality is often a function of masonry.

“In recent earthquakes, buildings have acted as weapons of mass destruction,” Bilham writes in the journal Nature.

Jon Stewart on Oreilly Video

NEW YORK :  Jon Stewart on Oreilly Video, Comic Jon Stewart told Bill O’Reilly that the “no spin zone” ringleader had become the voice of sanity, although “that’s like being the thinnest kid at fat camp.”
1741c4c9e6video Jon Stewart on Oreilly Video
The host of “The Daily Show” and Fox’s kingpin exchanged some good-natured shots Wednesday during Stewart’s appearance on a network he relishes mocking. Stewart tossed off jokes but also criticized Fox for being a “cyclonic perpetual motion machine” opposing President Barack Obama.

“They have taken reasonable concerns about this president and this economy and turned it into a full-fledged panic attack about the next coming of Chairman Mao,” Stewart said.

O’Reilly said the Obama attacks were primarily coming from Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck, who have two of the highest-rated programs on Fox. O’Reilly called Beck an “everyman.”

“He just spouts,” O’Reilly said. “He spouts for what he believes. If you think Beck spouts for the Republican Party, you’re out of your mind.”

Fox cut off the taped interview at that point, saying more would be shown Thursday.

Prancer Movie

Prancer MoviePrancer Movie, This year marks the 20th anniversary of the first in a long series of Christmas stories. On Christmas Eve 1989, I decided that instead of a brief homily at the Christmas Eve candle service was going to write a story. The idea came when we took our daughter and a friend to see the movie Prancer. One line I jumped on the baby Jesus from nativity school was lost. I thought, “A Lost Jesus” and a story began.

Come Christmas Eve of that year I took a stool in the center of the chapel, while the congregation looked at me as if I had lost my mind. She gave me some brief introduction about this being my Christmas present to them, sat down and told the story. I skipped the next year and then wrote another in 1991 – and did not stop. It became a Christmas tradition. Even members not mentioned it to me recently, while returning from a funeral.

The Effects Of Alcohol While Pregnant

847cad42addrink The Effects Of Alcohol While PregnantInterestingly enough statistics indicate that 9 out of 10 women enjoy having an alcoholic drink or two. Unfortunately quite a lot of them don’t know or don’t find out what the alcoholic limitations are while pregnant, although many doctors are now saying that alcohol consumption can lead to child birth defects. What we know is that the alcohol consumed will pass into the placenta and then straight on into the baby’s bloodstream. The resulting damage could be devastating to it’s growth pattern so I think we should look into this serious matter just a bit further.

Every drop of alcohol will pass into the baby’s blood supply and during the first three months this can be critical for the normal development of the baby’s brain and body. So the damage being caused is blatantly obvious and it’s not always the short term development that is being affected as it can also affect the long term development too. Statistics prove that babies who have to put up with alcohol in their bloodstream will go on to be alcoholics in later life.

Just what will be effected during your pregnancy? The way your baby is developing in your womb. Your baby’s health. Your own health. Drinking alcohol will cause fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. Your child’s learning ability. Drinking alcohol has been known to increase the risk of a miscarriage. Malformation of your baby’s heart and other developing organs. Stillbirth. Your baby being susceptible to illness later on in adult life.

Another very important point that not many women know is that drinking is also dangerous just prior to pregnancy and is in fact the most dangerous stage at which the baby’s development can be affected. It is also important to know that cutting back on alcohol will make all the difference to your baby’s health and that once any damage has been caused, it is irreversible. Think twice before you have another drink and think about the baby inside you first.

So my advice to you would be to stop drinking immediately if you’re pregnant or your trying for a baby. Experts have also found evidence that heavy drinking is associated with a low sperm count. So if your partner is a heavy drinker you will need to seek professional advice on how to cut down. If you are finding this hard to do, there is always help around the corner. I have read some amazing reviews on Lee Milteer’s “How To Stop Drinking And Improve Your Life”. You will find more information about her program here; www.stopdrinkingadvice.org

Blood Platelets May 1 Day Be Made in Lab For Transfusion

bf671d28e7d drop Blood Platelets May 1 Day Be Made in Lab For TransfusionWashington: Blood banks may soon be able to grow human blood platelets for transfusion in their labs, say researchers at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Publishing their study report in the journal Experimental Hematology, the researchers said that one day it might be possible to grow platelets continuously and in quantities that could ease the chronically tight supply of these critical blood components.

Their suggestion attains significance because presently platelet concentrates coming from volunteer donors involve huge costs, require 10 or more tests for pathogens, and have a shelf life of only five days.

Principal investigator Larry C. Lasky, associate professor of pathology at Ohio State and a specialist in transfusion medicine and blood banking, says that attempts by others to grow platelets have produced only small numbers for a short time.

“We were pleasantly surprised to achieve continuous production for a month. It is easy to imagine a series of these chambers producing platelets. It would be ideal for clinical use and possibly solve the short shelf-life problem. Using good manufacturing practices would prevent bacterial contamination,” Lasky says.

Currently, platelets are collected either from donated blood or by apheresis-an expensive and time-consuming process that involves taking blood from one arm, passing it through a machine that isolates the platelets, and then returning it to the other arm. The method yields four to six platelet units per donor.

For their study, Lasky and his colleagues isolated haematopoietic stem cells, which produce blood cells, from blood taken from umbilical cords following normal, full-term deliveries.

The researcher grew the stem cells to greater numbers, and then added them to the bioreactors – chambers with several layers for gas and growth-media control.

They revealed that control cells were grown in culture flasks. Other attempts to grow platelets have usually used culture flasks or similar two-dimensional systems.

After a few days of growth, the researchers added a solution of growth factors to both groups to stimulate the cells to form large, bone-marrow cells called megakaryocytes, which shed bits of themselves as platelets.

The three-dimensional bioreactor produced up to 1.2 million platelets per day, with production continuing for more than 32 days, while the two-dimensional system generated a maximum of about 350,000 platelets per day over a ten-day period.

Lasky said that his team was trying to modify the process to increase the yield of platelets. (ANI)
