Diane Neal (born November 17, 1976 in Alexandria, Virginia)  is an American actress widely known for her role as Casey Novak on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Before joining the main cast of Law and Order: SVU, Neal appeared in the Season Three episode “Ridicule” as high-powered female rapist Amelia Chase. She is a redhead.

The injury-hit Lee, 33, would make an announcement this week, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. The Herald, without citing sources, said Lee had been mulling retirement for some time but made his final decision after talking to Flintoff, who quit Tests last year to prolong his playing career. Lee, whose 310 Test scalps place him behind only Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath and Dennis Lillee on Australia’s all-time list, has not played a five-day match since December 2008 after suffering foot and elbow problems. The tall, blond-haired right-armer was named Wisden magazine’s Cricketer of the Year in 2006 and bowled a ball at 99.9 miles (160.8 kilometres) per hour in 2003, the second fastest recorded delivery behind Pakistan’s Shoaib Akhtar.
Lee has played 76 Tests since making his debut in 1999. He is hoping to play in India’s lucrative IPL Twenty20 league this season, the Herald said.

American Idol Top 24 Season 9, After weeks of star moments and sour songs, season 9 auditions for American Idol end on a sweet note for two dozen wanna-be stars.

Judges Randy Jackson, Kara DioGuardi, Ellen Degeneres, and Simon Cowell revealed their top 24 contestants tonight.

Making the cut were featured favorites 20-year-old college student Tim Urban from Duncanville, Texas, 24-year-old sales representative Janell Wheeler from Tampa, and 24-year-old tattooed mother Crystal Bowersox from Elliston, Ohio.

They will join the seven contenders announced last night, along with Andrew Garcia, Tyler Grady, Alex Lambert, Joe Munoz, John Park, Jermaine Sellers, Lacey Brown, Michelle Delamor, Siobhan Magnus, Paige Miles, Ashley Rodriguez, Lilly Scott, Katie Stevens and Haeley Vaughn.

Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan called for truce and peace vis-à-vis the violent protests staged against screening of Shahrukh Khan’s new movie ‘My Name Is Khan’, reportedly instigated by activists of Shiv Sena.
He said this at a function to mark the launching of ‘Bachchan Bol’, an initiative to connect him with his fans via mobile and landline phones across the globe at Mumbai. Bachchan said that the topic has been stretched too far and its time for peace and harmony. “I think this topic has been stretched too far, I think its time to talk about peace, and to talk about harmony. Rather than keep hinting on something, which is not going to get you or me anywhere. So please let’s talk about peace and harmony and I hope that it exists. Everything is working out fine,” he added. Shiv Sena activists have been targeting the theatres and warning theatres operators to stop the screening of the movie ‘My Name is Khan’. Earlier, they had vandalised a cinema hall and broke the glass showcases heralding the movie. It may be recalled that Khan, who is also the owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, one of the teams competing in the ensuing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), had said that the participant teams should have considered inclusion of players from Pakistan.
